Version Changer for haloce and halopc.
The Halo Version Changer allows you to change the version number that halo uses. This will allow you to connect to servers that run a different version.
First off to use Version Changer, you need to enable console for halo.

Enabling Console Instructions:

1. Make a shortcut of haloce.
2. Right click on the shortcut and click on properties.
3. At the end of target location, add -console (make sure there is a space between - and the previous character).

When you start halo you can open console by pressing the tilde ~ key (top left hand side of keyboard).
Now that you have enabled console, you need to put in Version Changer.

Version Changer Instructions:

Download Version Changer: http://home.scarlet.be/mathy/goemitar/d ... hanger.rar

1. Extract the 3 files in the rar file.
2. Copy the "Strings.dll" and "versionChanger.dll" to where your halo directory is located. (make sure to make a backup of the originals).

Now that you have enabled console and version changer, start halo up.
Once halo has loaded it should say something about Geomitar, if it does you are now able to use the halo version changer.

Open your console by pressing the ~ tilde key on your keyboard (above tab key on the top left hand side of your keyboard) and type version table, this should show all the versions available.
To check your current version, go to your halo settings and hover over about, the build is your version number.

If you are playing haloce do use ce versions, you must put ce on the end of the version otherwise they won't work. eg 1.00ce if haloce running, 1.00 if halopc running.

If you are playing halopc don't attempt to use ce versions, it'll not work.

To change versions, open console and type version 1.00ce, a message should pop up saying version changed to 1.00ce. Now when you open up the Internet GameSpy Lobby, only 1.00ce servers will pop up.
